Farm Animal Day

Have an a-moo-sing time celebrating World Farm Animal Day at Franklin Farm!

Included with general Zoo admission. No additional purchase or reservation is required for Zoo members. Event takes place rain or shine!

Head on down to the farm to experience agriculture without leaving the city. Our barnyard is home to Poitou donkeys (the oldest breed of donkey in France), goats, Guinea hogs and more. Throughout the day, learn about the animals during scheduled zookeeper encounters, have fun with arts and crafts, and take festive photos in front of a seasonal backdrop. All activities will take place in Franklin Farm and the Meeting Barn.
