Rental Request Form: Zoo-It-Yourself Birthday

To begin booking a birthday rental, please complete and submit this form and an Events staff member will respond within five business days.

  • Tropical Forest Classroom (FPZ)
  • Maple Glen Tent (SZ, available mid-April to mid-Sept.)
  • Canopy Courtyard (SZ, available mid-April to mid-Sept.)
