Calling all herds, gaggles and flocks – whatever type of group you're in, make a reservation and save!
General Groups
Please note that as of July 1, non-school group rates will change to $21.95 (adult)/$14.95(child) at Franklin Park Zoo and $19.95 (adult)/$13.95 (child) at Stone Zoo. We will also offer a nonprofit group rate of $10/person. Bookings made in advance for a date past July 1 will be honored at the previous rate.
Group Admission (10+ Guests)
We offer discounted admission for groups of 10 or more non-members.
Reservations
Reservations are required and should be made as far in advance as possible.

Massachusetts School Groups
Free School Field Trips (Massachusetts K–12 Students)
Our Zoos offer free admission for Massachusetts students in grades K–12, Monday through Friday during the regular school year (September–June).
Reservations
Reservations must be made as far in advance as possible.
Chaperone Requirements
- Kindergarten: 1 adult for every 5 students
- Grades 1–12: 1 adult for every 10 students
Required chaperones receive free admission. Standard group rates apply for any additional adults. Students with special needs who require 1:1 supervision may be accompanied by one adult at no cost.
Eligibility
Free field trips are not available for camps, daycares, preschools, after-school programs, or during vacation weeks and holidays. Please refer to the “General Groups” section above for discounted admission options.

Non-Profit Groups
Please note that as of July 1, the organizational pass will no longer be available. Tickets purchased in advance for a date past July 1 will be honored. Nonprofit organizations can book at a discounted rate of $10/person through our group sales department beginning July 1.

Group transportation options:
- Franklin Park Zoo: GOGO Charters provides charter bus rentals in Boston for field trips, corporate events, and more.
- Stone Zoo: National Charter Bus works with schools, groups, and more to organize your Boston charter bus to Stone Zoo.
Group Rules
To ensure your enjoyment of the Zoo, please observe the following rules:
- One chaperone over the age of 19 is required for every 10 guests ages 18 or younger. There must be one chaperone for every five pre-school children. Chaperones must stay with their group at all times.
- Groups must enter from the Zebra entrance. Payment must be made when entering, and all members of the group must enter together. Payment cannot be made in advance.
- Once admitted, groups may not exit and re-enter.
- The Zoo does not have public storage facilities, and no items may be left in the care of Zoo employees.
- Groups in gift shop areas must have chaperone supervision.
- Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
For the safety and comfort of other visitors and Zoo animals, the following are not allowed:
- Pets (except service animals)
- Feeding of animals
- Horseplay, running, screaming, radios
- Bicycles, scooters, roller skates/blades
- Balloons, Frisbees, balls, kites, water squirting devices
- Alcohol, weapons
Chaperones are responsible for the children in their care.
Any theft or destruction of property will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
