Franklin Farm

Petting Zoo is closed for habitat maintenance, reopening May 14. 

Experience farm life in the middle of Boston! This habitat features a petting zoo, where children can see and touch friendly goats in the warmer weather. Explore the brooder building, where newly-hatched chicks keep warm, and visit the chicken coop to greet several species of chickens. The main barn houses ponies, Guinea hogs, donkeys, sheep and goats.

Weekdays, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; weekends & holidays, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Please note: Closed daily from 12:30–1:00 p.m. for lunch.
Weather and staffing permitting.
