Boston Family Days at Franklin Park Zoo
Franklin Park Zoo proudly participates in the City of Boston’s “Boston Family Days” program, offering students and their families meaningful opportunities to spark curiosity, connect with the natural world and create lasting memories.
Beginning in January 2025, on the first and second Sunday of each month from January 2025 to December 2026, Franklin Park Zoo will offer free admission for every student living in Boston enrolled in grades K-12 or Boston Pre-K and two of their family members.
ConnectorCare Card Benefits
ConnectorCare cardholders receive general admission for $11 per person, including a $1 transaction fee for each ticket, for up to four people at both Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo. Please use promo code CARE when purchasing tickets to receive this admission price. Please be ready to present your card at the Admissions booth upon arrival. Offer is only valid for Massachusetts residents through Dec. 31, 2024.

EBT and WIC Benefits
Discounted General Admission Tickets
Massachusetts EBT and WIC cardholders receive general daytime admission for $5 per person, for up to four people. Offer is valid for Massachusetts residents through Dec. 31, 2024.
Online Tickets: To receive the EBT/WIC discount for online purchases, you will need to verify your eligibility prior to purchasing your tickets. You will be prompted to log into or create an account with ID.Me to verify your identity and EBT/WIC affiliation. For help troubleshooting the Id.me application, please visit the ID.me Help Center.
Gate Tickets: If purchasing tickets at the gate, please be ready to present your card at the Admissions booth upon arrival.
Discounted Family Membership
For $40, EBT and WIC cardholders can become Family Level members and enjoy free general daytime admission to Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo year-round. This membership includes two named adult cardholders and up to four children. Memberships are intended for one household, and are non-refundable and non-transferrable. As a Zoo New England member, you also receive discounts on food and gift purchases, party rentals, education programs, invites to members-only events and exhibit previews.

Library Passes
To use the library discount, you must present the physical library ticket at the Zoo's admission booth. Reservations are not required for this discount. Please note: we will not accept any confirmation emails; you must have the physical ticket. Check with your library about when to pick up the pass, as many libraries are closed on weekends.
Library passes may be used for general daytime admission only. They cannot be used for our evening Boston Lights or ZooLights events.

Military/Teacher/Reciprocal discounts
Military:
All active military personnel and their dependents receive a 50 percent discount on general, daytime admission. Active military personnel also receive discounts on membership.

Teachers:
Teachers who are part of MTA, BTU, or AFT- MA chapter receive a 50 percent discount on general, daytime admission. Teachers also receive discounts on membership. Please be ready to present the appropriate ID for each individual. Offer available at admissions gate for in-person rates only, not online tickets.
Reciprocal Memberships:
Members of many AZA accredited institutions receive a 50 percent discount on general, daytime admission.
