Massachusetts School Group Reservation Request Form

Please note that some dates fill quickly and may be unavailable at the time of booking. We are fully booked for group reservations on the following dates:

• FPZ: May 8 and 29; June 5 and 6
• SZ: May 15 and 22

Availability is subject to change. We recommend providing a second and third date choice when submitting your request, as additional openings may become available.

This form is for Massachusetts school field trips during the regular school year, only. If you are a non-Massachusetts school, or if your trip takes place outside of the regular school year (July and August), please refer to the "General Group Reservations" page for a discounted trip.

Questions/fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Do you understand that we may not be able to accommodate trip requests made less than two weeks in advance? *

Please arrive as close to your assigned arrival time as possible.
Student Grades *
Example: Preschool: 40, Middle: 25, etc.
Do any of the students in the group have special needs? We recommend 1:1 for students requiring special 1:1 attention. *
