Backyard Birding: Look and Listen!

Get to know the birds that share your backyard, neighborhoods and parks! Though we can often identify birds based on how they look, bird songs and calls are just as colorful as their feathers. From trills to chirps and whistles to warbles, every bird sings a song all its own. You just need to listen.

Learn how to identify, by sight and sound, some of our flying friends most commonly found in the New England area.
